A city can be extremely good at looking desirable and quietly bad at feeling desire.
Miami puts the body on display more than almost anywhere. People here train it, style it, photograph it, and present it. What almost nobody is taught is how to actually live inside it. Those are completely different skills, and the first one can mask the absence of the second for years.
So the people who find me here are often not the ones you would expect. They are people whose lives look enviable from the outside. Good partners, good bodies, good restaurants, and a private sense that something has gone flat that they cannot name and definitely cannot say out loud.
That gap between how a life looks and how it feels from the inside is the whole of my work.
Soma means body. Somatic work starts from the idea that your body is not a vehicle for carrying your thoughts around. It is where your history is kept.
Every experience you have had of being wanted, rejected, touched well, touched badly, praised, shamed or ignored left a mark somewhere physical. In how you breathe. In where you hold tension. In what you do with your shoulders when someone reaches for you. None of that is stored as a thought, which is why thinking about it does not shift it.
A somatic sex coach works at that layer. Instead of asking why you feel distant from your partner, we find where the distance lives in your body and what happens when you stop bracing against it. People are usually surprised by how quickly something moves once you stop trying to understand it and start actually feeling it.
This is not about technique. Nobody arrives in my practice because they need better mechanics. They arrive because they can perform intimacy perfectly and cannot feel any of it.

I am a VITA Certified Sex, Love and Relationship Coach, a Certified Men's Sexuality Coach, a Certified Couple's Tantric Sex Coach, and a Certified Theta Healer. Nine years of practice, more than a hundred workshops and private sessions. In any given hour I am usually drawing on all four of these at once.

Sessions run 1.5 hours, over private video call, and are always fully clothed. There is no nudity and no touch. The work happens through breath, sensation, voice and attention.

Yes, and it surprises people. The body responds to attention, not proximity. There is also something about doing this from your own space, in your own home, that often makes it easier to let go than a clinical room would.
No. Therapy tends to work through talking and analysis. This works through the body and the nervous system, where desire and safety actually live. I am a VITA certified coach and a certified Theta Healer, not a licensed therapist. If what you need is therapy, or therapy alongside this, I will say so.
No. Sessions are always fully clothed, and there is no touch. The work happens through breath, sensation, movement, voice and attention. Everything you learn, you can take into your own bed with your own partner.
That is normal. Very often one person reaches first. Plenty of the work I do starts with one partner and widens later, and plenty of it stays with one person and still changes the relationship.
